The Arusha NGO Network is a membership organization composed of three branches: the General Assembly, the Board of Directors and the Secretariat.

General Assembly: This branch acts as the supreme decision-making body of the organization. It is responsible for endorsing annual plans, reports and other related operational issues. It comprises all ANGONET members and invited guests.

The Board of Directors: This branch is responsible for making policy and authorizing organizational plans for ANGONET. The current members of the Board of Directors are:

The Secretariat: This branch is involved in program planning and implementation, and it is responsible for the daily operations of ANGONET. Our staff consists of people from different backgrounds and specializations in finance and administration, public administration, community development, and natural resource and environmental development. Interns and volunteers also work under this branch.
